Abstract :

Embark on a transformative exploration of stability and aesthetics in full-arch implantology based on Top-Down & Restoration-Driven Treatment Planning. Transitioning to the realm of All-on-4 and All-on-X, where cross-arch splinting emerges as a potential catalyst in minimizing required implants for full-arch cases, I uncover the innovative possibilities on these reductions unleash—reshaping the landscape of implant dentistry. Drawing on extensive experience and research, I share long-term outcomes and successful methodology based on my scientific life over 39 years, offering a comprehensive perspective on achieving stability and aesthetic excellence in full-arch implantology.

Learning objectives :

  • As I navigate the landscape of Stability Enhancement Techniques, discover the symbiotic relationship between cross-arch splinting and tripod support. Witness how these techniques boost cantilever capacities in full-arch cases, reinforcing stability against diverse chewing forces.
  • Transitioning to the realm of All-on-4 and All-on-X, where cross-arch splinting emerges as a potential catalyst in minimizing required implants for full-arch cases, I uncover the innovative possibilities these reductions unleash—reshaping the landscape of implant dentistry.
  • Revealing the intricacies of Optimal Force Distribution, I highlight the significance of sufficient Anterior-Posterior spread in withstanding forces in full-arch fixed bridges, especially in managing distal/anterior cantilevers. Rooted in Evidence-Based Clinical Cases, the session presents real-world examples and scientific evidence validating the effectiveness of cross-arch splinting and tripod support
