Implant and tooth-implant supported double-crown retained RDP with zirconia primary crowns and golden electro-planted secondary crowns as an alternative to all on x concepts. All on X concepts many times involve extracting restorable teeth which are not indicated for extraction to reduce the cost of treatment, to simplified procedure ant to shorten the treatment period. Combined tooth-implant supported double crown retained RDP allow to successfully connect tooth and implant as abutments for retention/support of RDP. That type of prosthesis enables to preserve the restorable teeth and its integration as prosthetic abutments in combination with additionally placed implants.
Implant and tooth-implant supported double-crown retained RDP with zirconia primary crowns and golden electro-planted enable good retention of prothesis, good oral hygiene which is very important for a patient who lost the teeth due to poor oral hygiene.
